Preorder products take between 6 - 10 weeks to arrive. An indicative arrival date will be shown on all product pages. If your order comprises of products with existing stock, please note that those items in the order will shop with the pre-order item.
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Please note, however, that inquiries sent on Fridays may receive a reply the following Monday, although we’ll do our best to respond sooner.
We currently ship anywhere in the Philippines. For inquiries about shipping to other destinations, please contact us.
If you wish to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! Simply process the return within 7 days of receiving the item. You can choose to receive store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note that refund request is not 100% guaranteed and will be subject to management approval for some cases.
